"We reserved a king size bed and paid while driving, using Expedia, arriving late. When we got there they said they didn't have that room, offered a two bed room for me to check. "The gym was fine every time we wanted to use the pool we had to track maintenance down to remove all kinds of equipment that was in the pool and the pool had way too much chlorine in it it burned my eyes. There was a little bit of sweet and snow and the maintenance could not even put salt down on the property the parking lot as well as the sidewalk was a complete sheet of ice my husband and I struggled getting to the car without falling and breaking our neck.
