"Location on the beach was great, and the beach was great! Facility shows its age. Service not great; three times I asked for just a coffee pod for the drip coffee maker in the room, but it never came."

"Do not stay at this hotel. It is awful! Very dirty, the south is definitely a bad area to stay at in Myrtle Beach. Everyone was smoking on the balconies and it was coming on our room. The management was awful and did not help us so we left and had to find another hotel to stay at. "

"The room was very basic. You can tell it hadn't been cleaned very thoroughly. It was very average."

"When we checked in, I was told if there was any issues to come downstairs and speak to the front desk. The hot water did not work in our room and there were roach shells and legs in the linen. We went downstairs to ask them to have maintenance fix the water issue and clean the room and were told because it is a privately owned room that they cannot do anything about it. We are also told that we could not be refunded when we checked out after only staying one night of our three nights stay. I would not stay here or recommend staying on that property to anybody."
