"Pools and beach access was great, parking was good. Amenities were nice. Family friendly hotel."

"Room was severely outdated. Room service was alerted multiple times to change our stained sheets and no one showed up. The humidity in the room didn’t allow for our towels or clothes to dry properly. The bathroom fan did NOTHING! Our lamp light went out and never could get it back on. Our microwave would hardly heat up our food. Room was not ready when we arrived and we ended up leaving way before 11 o’clock. I don’t feel like we got our moneys worth whatsoever. We assumed we were getting a kitchen but upon arrival we didn’t see anything that was listed on the pictures on the website. I did make a complaint at the front desk when checking out and she said, “I should have picked the deluxe.” I wouldn’t have known that and that was not made clear on the website. I know this is a public place but it was very disappointing to just smell pot smoke every corner we turned. This whole experience just felt very messy and we felt robbed of the opportunity to have a great time. 0/10 recommend"

"My family and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean. There was enough room for our family of 4 to sleep. We had the 2 queen bed room with sleeper sofa. The free breakfast and coffee were delicious! All the staff we encountered were friendly. The only negative was on the morning we were leaving there was no hot water and the water pressure was low. But we would definitely stay here again."

"Everything was really good. My only complaint would be that the activity should be included. You pay a resort fee each night and some of the activity should just be free to the resort and not having to pay….like we literally had to pay eight dollars to do s’mores that’s just a candy bar and graham crackers so why so much when it cost so much to stay at the property"
