"I haven’t stayed at that good of a hotel in a long time. This iconic hotel may be well over 120 years old but you won’t find a cooler place to stay if you are visiting the Stockyards. I love the fact they still give actual keys to your hotel room. From the valet parking to hotel check-in and the onsite H-3 Ranch restaurant, it’s so convenient to stay here and the price is cheaper than the big chain hotels!! I’ll be staying here again. "

"The hotel is a lovely old building in a perfectly convenient location in downtown Fort Worth. Sundance Square is in easy walking distance as are various public transport options such as the bus to The Stockyards and the train to Dallas. Our room on the 6th floor was lovely with a nice comfortable bed. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. "I think this was the best place i have ever stayed at. It was such a modern decorated place. The bed was great. Usually you never have enough pillows but this one had plenty. And the shampoo and soap in the shower was excellent. The price of the room was a very good rate also. I would highly recommend this hotel"

"Hotel was perfect for us, we stayed in town for a Ranger game. There is a trolley that picks you up and drops you off at the hotel included in room fee. Front desk staff were all friendly and courteous. There is a really good steak house across the st inside a building on the top floor. Only complaint we had was our room door kept sticking and was a hassle to open. Other than that it was a great stay, perfect location for Ranger games or events at AT&T stadium. Also there is a Six Flags Park...

"The stay was pleasant and enjoyable. One thing that justified a lowered rating. The toilette water tank leaked inside and so the water refilled the tank making noise every five minutes waking us up many times the first night. Following my report the next day, the repair man came to fix the problem. The leak was still there and the same noise now occurred less often (about every 30 minutes). I locked the water to stop the noise and turned the water back on the next morning to stop the noise."
