Loved the hot tub... the room was spacious and cozy. Enjoyed the set up and layout of the room. Enjoyed the fwct that there was restaurants close enough to walk.

I liked the indoor, heated pool. The elevator is a little weird though. Went up to the 3rd floor (where my room was) but the doors didn’t open. It just went back down to one.

Bill and Emma told their baby boy, “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all." I choose to take them up on this piece of advice. Suffice to say, we won’t be going back. We travel this route 1-3 times per year but this hotel is off our list.

You did not place me in the correct room. You placed me in an handicapped room where the shower head was short and didn’t function normally. It spewed water all over the floor because the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to prevent water from overflowing, so I had to step into a wet bath mat. The room appeared to not have been cleaned and occupied in sometime. You guys had a credit on my account which was correct then fully charged me after I cancelled and left the following morning. This was a terrible experience for me
