"Did not provide wheelchair accessible room as requested. Water pressure was great but the faucet was broken and all the water went into the tub and didn’t reach the shower head. Then the tub could not drain fast enough. My feet did get a nice soaking by the time I could get the shampoo rinsed out of my hair… but yuk. "

"The laundry was the most convinced and the only hotel that we don't have to pay to use them. The room was clean and the air worked good"

"I had to come down from the 10th floor twice because the key did not work during check-in. After the third time, I was changed to another side of the building, on a different floor, and had to carry all my luggage from one place to another. After traveling abroad, that’s the last thing someone needs to deal with—walking back and forth, trying to get into the room to relax."

"The property is in poor shape and needs new carpeting and an overall facelift. The elevator wasn’t working and we were put on the third floor. It would’ve been nice if the employees offered to help us move our bags up two flights of stairs."
