"Check in person was very friendly and helpful. The rooms look to be recently renovated, however it is an older building. A little smaller room than the newer hotels. Spent little time there, so perfect for our price point."

"Great place to stay. So convenient off I-70 and a very friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable. Room was nicely appointed with a good sized “mini” fridge plus microwave and coffee etc. Modern appearance and a nice lounge area for breakfast. The breakfast was similar to other places we’ve stayed with back, eggs, waffles, muffins, yogurt, etc etc. the price here was excellent- highly recommend staying here. It is part of a chain that we were unfamiliar with but they had a directory available which we picked up. We will look to stay in others for sure! There is a lovely event space right next door so if you’re looking for a convenient place with nearby accommodations this would be ideal."

"When we walked in room there was dog hair on the floor and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept! I also took a rag and started wiping down everything and the rag was dirty! There was poop smeared on the bathroom wall by the toilet paper holder so whoever was suppose to clean that room just left it. So I took soap and water and cleaned the floor and it was filthy! Then cleaned the room! I do this for a living and there is NO excuse for this plus you could hardly see out of the window because of all the dirt!"

"Arrived to the hotel and the pool was closed. No notice prior to arrival or at check in the pool was out of order. This was a stay to play tournament with kids. When we decided to move hotels, the front staff was not helpful in finding a resolution or assisting with the reservation. Very poor customer service."
