pool was completely out of order. Our apartment had a leaking tap. There was mould in the bathroom. The fan didn’t work and the breakfast service was terrible. I have stayed at this place a lot in the past and it has always been fantastic. Something has clearly gone wrong and now I don’t want to go again.

"Stayed for 5 nights. No house keeping for 5 days and the lift was not working. The staff were apologetic but that didn't carry us up and down to/ from the 3rd floor. Never ever stay in this hotel. It can be renamed to Worst Western..."
