"The resort was beautiful the staff was amazing would like to mention that Nilvio was a awesome host and that Adrian and Cassandra at the pool bar are two of the best bartenders ive ever met as well as wonderful people,the only disappointment was that the resort had advertised 11 restaurants did not mention that only 2 or 3 were open each evening not all 11 daily kind of false advertising..but overall love this resort. "Stacy and Rocio from the pool service was fenomenol, Randy and Natanael from the grill and agave restaurants were great as a customer service. Food was not great need more simple things as al salad bar, regular meat too. Besides the food hotel clelan and the service was great. "
