I had checked in after having a huge ordeal with an accident in my rental. I was tired and just wanted to sleep. Got to the hotel, of course no parking as stated and the only parking I found was a few blocks away. I was so tired that i did the valet parking. They say that we can't pick and choose our days, it must be for the entire time. That was very disappointing since I only needed it for that night. I was dealing with the rental company regarding the accident and had to leave early because they were giving me such a hard time (considering it was not my fault). I had contacted the manager and she seem to be understanding to my situation and wanted expedia to contact them for reimbursement. I received and email from expedia letting me know that I will not be receiving a refund. I understand its their policy but the person i was communicating with should not have made it seem like I was going to potentially get a refund and just been honest.
I would not choose this place again based on that specifically, also, the place is ok. Not somewhere I would rave about.
