I had reserved a one-bedroom suite with two double beds and a sofa bed but was provided a room with only one queen bed and a sofa bed, which did not accommodate all guests and resulted in everyone sleeping uncomfortably.
Additionally, the room had a strong mold odor, and there were no sheets or comforters for the sofa bed. I repeatedly called the front desk with no response, forcing me to speak with the receptionist, Ms. Juliett, in person multiple times. I have photographs documenting the poor condition of the room.
Due to these issues, I was forced to rent an alternative hotel for one night, paying both the room rate and an additional deposit. While Expedia approved cancellation of one night and issued a 10% discount, this does not fairly compensate for the inconvenience, discomfort, and extra expenses I incurred.
