you get what you pay for, it wasn’t to expensive & i liked being very close to the beach but the room it’s self was terrible. there was mold & water stains on the ceilings in the shower, dead bugs on the night stand & it looked like someone killed a bedbug on the comforter. had to downgrade from my original room & when i asked for a partial refund i was told no. 0/10

We arrived before the check in time, which I had emailed the host 24 hrs before to ask about a early check in fee which I didn’t get a responds til we were there waiting in the “lobby area” that a gentleman lets us in. There’s a $35 per hr fee! They had no where or a way to hold bags til check in. We found a place near by that charge per day to hold our bags while we walked around found a place to eat. I didnt get the 24 hr notification email til I had called 4 times, left 2 voicemails asking questions. All were reply through text messages. Once I gave a card for the $100 hold was I then given check in information. Once we got we noticed no elevator. We got a second floor room. Lucky enough I didn’t pack a lot. The room was not in good conditions. There was mold through out the room. The room would get humid. We only got offered one towel each on our 6 day stay. I had asked if we could get new towels, I never got a respond. We took showers with sandals on. Which is another thing, I don’t appreciate other people being able to see me shower. Closing the curtain every time I showered. Once expedia got a hold of them they said housekeep is offered on the “third day” once again I was already on day 5, nothing. I would rather spend that extra money and stay at an actual hotel.

Terrible stay! There is no check in staff, you just get your key codes via message and they are not timely. They don’t answer the phone for help. God forbid you ask for an extra blanket or pillow. It’s not something they can accommodate unless you are there longer than 3 days. There a drunk around and in the building that claims to work there. The bed feels like they ordered it from temu. There is mold in the bathroom and on window coverings.

I stayed here March 16-18 while stuck in Miami during the 3 day flight cancellations.
My recommendation from my experience is to seek other accommodations.
My experience.. not a real hotel. No staff on site no lobby no help.
My room, not clean, mildew in shower needs to be re sealed, mold underneath the ac unit.. my ac unit was almost on the ceiling, set to 65 with no remote in sight, I was told to shut it off manually.. mind you the buttons are inside the unit & the unit is on the ceiling.
Plumbing issues, the sink does not drain & leaks from underneath. Due to that I used the only 2 towels they give you. When I requested towels I was told they had no one available to bring them. (Because it’s not a hotel) however at checkout house keeping magically appeared to knock on my door! The walls are paper thin you can hear some one fart in the next room, it’s just dusty in there it’s clean but not CLEAN. And the towels they do give you are dingy white not WHITE. I asked for a partial refund of course they ignored me and told me I had to report this before, I reported it at CHECKOUT. They are just rude, the location itself is extremely close to everything but if you wanting a hotel go somewhere else pay a little extra for convenience

I would strongly advise future guests to reconsider booking with this apartment/hotel. My family and I stayed here during a last-minute trip to Miami, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
First, there was visible mold in the room, which raises serious health and cleanliness concerns. The room itself was also quite dusty, and the furniture in the front lobby (sofas and chairs) appeared dirty and poorly maintained.
The beds were extremely low quality. The mattresses were uncomfortable, the sheets were very thin, and the pillows were flat. The sofa bed in our room did not properly pull out, and although a blanket was provided, there was no pillow for the person sleeping there.
Additionally, although I informed the property in advance that three guests would be staying, they only provided two towels and two washcloths, which was inconvenient.
Another issue was the temperature control in the room. It became very cold, and there was no heat option available to adjust the temperature.
Guests should also be aware that there are no elevators in the building. If your room is on the second or third floor, you will need to carry your luggage upstairs.
Lastly, the management was very strict about checkout time. Guests are expected to check out exactly at 11:00 AM, and even a few extra minutes may result in additional charges. In my experience, larger hotel brands such as Hilton, Hyatt, and Marriott International tend to handle these situations more reasonably.

Terrible check in process, didn’t realize there was no check in desk or on site staff. Had to call several times to find out how to check in. Room was dirty, not at all like the photos. Bathroom had black mold in every crevice and grunge in the corners. Only 2 flat pillows on bed, extremely thin, rough sheets. Dishes in cabinet were encrusted with dried food. Used sponge in kitchen and no dishwasher soap. No staff on site I could contact to get assistance.

The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. The floors were filthy — the bottoms of my feet were literally black from walking on them. I called the front desk the first night to request cleaning and was told that housekeeping only cleans every two days. I explained that the room had not been cleaned at all prior to our arrival. The staff member and I went back and forth, and when I asked to speak with management, I received no real assistance. I was told management would not return until Monday and that my concerns would be addressed then.
Because of the condition of the room, we did not feel comfortable sleeping there. We were concerned that the bedding was also unclean. As a result, we were forced to stay with a friend each night instead of using the hotel room we had already paid for.
This was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience. The listing did not reflect the actual condition of the property. The room was absolutely disgusting.

The room was fine. My only problem was the lighting in the entire building the stairs, and on my floor was extremely dim and very creepy.
Also, there was no blanket. Only a top sheet I had to go out and buy a blanket so I wouldn’t freeze to death. the first night. I had to go to sleep completely dressed because it was so cold.

Booked 3 rooms was placed om tne third floor with no elevators so it was a struggle to get our bags up and down, bed seems comfy from photo with lots of pillows but the mattress was very hard and beds very low with only 2 very thin pillows, requested more since we all woke up with back and neck pain and was told only one more can be provided per room. Location is good but not on the beach as name suggested itd a couple blocks away. No front desk so everything is by phones which can be frustrating at times but once online replies were prompt.

Our hotel room was a HEALTH HAZARD There was a lot of black mold in the bathroom. Also the room felt humid and there was no way to open the window, there was an AC and was on but wouldn’t work, it was just making noise. Also it’s not a real hotel, there is no receptionist or staff on the property except for maintenance so the check in was complicated.

Pictures of the property and not accurate. Place needs a bit of TLC. Also, following issues:
* mold in bathroom
* homeless person sleeping on property who KNEW the code to get into the lobby
* no hot water in kitchen — had to reset hot water heater
* 2 pillows on bed. They were literally probably 1 inch thick
