The room was good, only problem with the hotel was there was no heating system only AC and it was cold in Miami the days we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They accommodated us the best they could of and was very understanding.

The room is clean reception was small, but it was clean the breakfast. I didn’t eat breakfast because I didn’t like the options. The staff was nice. Everything was pretty OK so that’s why I gave it to.

Hotel does not have shuttle service but they do offer uber rides- which is excellent. Picked me up rite outside of baggage claim. Arrived to hotel early and my room was ready. Nice and spacious and also very clean No complaints at all. Jessica was very welcoming at the front desk

The airport “shuttle” is a private Uber ride but you have to call the hotel directly for them to set it up. I waited at the airport for over 20 minutes in the hotel shuttle area before I called Tim he hotel to inquire about the “shuttle”. The bar is excellent but the restaurant only served French fries and wings - the French fries were excellent but it’s another misrepresentation that I found disturbing.
