Good location. Nice decor in lobby. Very old carpeting in hallways. Very basic room. Very old beds. Pool isn't inviting. Breakfast has moldy bread. But sufficient Breakfast for guests. Good place to stay to rest your head at night, but not really the best in terms of space and amenities.

Poor customer service,poor communication ,observed male Hispanic night desk worker proudly accommodate and speak with white or whiter hispanic guest happily,meanwhile refusing room service and treating people of darker color with disrespect ,please to not go here if u want to keep your dignity!

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und immer nett. Das Frühstück war eher schmal in der Auswahl und vor allem hat mich gestört, dass nur mit Plastikbesteck, -Tellern und Kartonbechern gegessen und getrunken werden konnte. Wo bleibt da die Umwelt?

pros - beach is basically right behind the hotel, beach chairs are provided as well as beach towels. about a 10 min drive to collins ave which is where all the restaurants & tourist things are. clubs are also pretty close by, 5 minute drive even. cons - room floors are pretty dirty. the wifi isn’t consistent pretty slow sometimes but not terrible. it’s located in front of a construction site so not much of a view. the washrooms could be bigger, it can really only fit one person at a time... rooms look bigger in the pictures.

Room (221) very dated, rickety furniture showing very obvious wear and tear, carpet around the bed not vaccuumed in a while, very small bathroom, sink without plug, had to ask for hairdryer, unstable wifi signal, bare bones breakfast with only powdered creamer. No immediate parking at hotel but valet parking right around the corner, good location, stop for free trolley just a few steps away, very friendly and helpful staff.

They allowed us to do an early check in and I think we got probably the only room available, it had some issues. The girl at the front desk allowed us to trade into a very beautiful room. It had new floors and was extremely clean. Andreja was the girl who helped us at the front desk the day we got there. She was extremely helpful with tips on where to go and what to do. I didn’t ask, but I hope she is the manager because she is amazing and deserves to be.

Horrible place

The pictures do not reflect reality. The whole property is run down and smells like mold. While the sheets were clean the mattress on the bed was was old, stained, and full of hair and crumbs. White towels had yellow staining. Overall the room was dirty and the staff less than enthusiastic. Don't stay here, you'll regret it.
