"Our stay was a bit disappointing. We stayed 2 nights for my birthday weekend, there was no housekeeping which i found odd. The room was ok but nothing special. For the price we paid at almost 500 per night, I expected a lot more. I would suggest at this price point daily housekeeping should be standard as well as parking be included and even breakfast. Our shower wasn’t clean and when you sit on the toilet and look straight at the eye level at the sink all you see is a line of mould between the sink and the underline of the stone bench. It seems a bit ridiculous to charge double because it’s Mother’s Day weekend, as a i looked at the same hotel room on another weekend and it was a lot less. Overall, it wasn’t great and was extremely over priced for what it is."

"Ample space, excellent location, but washrooms have no exhaust fans, and vents are full of dirt/lint"

"We didn’t interact with the staff as it was a one night stay and we arrived late and left early. There were no lifts and we had to carry heavy bags up a very old outdoor staircase - it seemed dangerous and very steep with heavy luggage. The carpark was virtually unusable unless you drive a mini or similar, so we parked on the street. The shower head did not stay up so showering was a pain. We wouldn’t stay again."

"The check in was easy over the hours. Rooms after clean with comfortable beds and there are tea and coffee supplies. Provided a welcome rest and was affordable asa budget motel with free parking"

"Great location, grocery stores and restaurants very handy great public transport, beach very close and local surf club and cafes. we have stayed here before and find the location great! not quite a busy as main or Broadbeach but also walkable down to Burleigh."
