"Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing."

"My stay was so wonderful! The staff were so kind and helpful with all my needs, breakfast was delicious. The chef prepared perfect omelettes and they helped me with transportation to the mall. Everything I wanted I received, they treated me like a queen. I truly loved my stay and I will definitely return back. This Holiday Inn was a wonderful experience. "Staff were friendly. They met my need for an extension cord but requested a deposit until returned. The beds were very comfortable but there were no electrical outlets near the head of the bed or side walls necessitating the extension cord. The toilet and shower areas were very small requiring leaving the doors open for my legs to fit when sitting. Breakfast was great!"
