"The whole experience was amazing. Great customer service from the front desk to the cleaning personnel to the pool people the kitchen staff the securities the lifeguard everyone was just wonderful. All staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and yummy from the cereal chocolate milk to the different types of juice. They had music outside in the mornings and at night and there is something going on every day they can make it happen the cafeteria area are all sorts of drinks to the pool bar personnel just great and the balcony overlooking at the pool and the whole beach in Oceanside is just great. We will definitely book again going forward and best yet get all inclusive. It is worth every peso and dollars too, the waiters doing an amazing job making sure they remove your plate or if you need something else I know it’s their job to do that, but I tipped them every time during my stay and I will do it again thank you Viaggio Resort Mazatlán. The beds were very comfy. see you again next year."
