Hotel murah di Mexico

"This is an hourly hotel. They should not be on Expedia. We arrived early from a far away location. Staff said early checking ok. Then after 2 hours it came back and demanded 1000 plus pisos for the early check in. Staying 2pm check in. Yet you can go in at any time and get 24 hours. So it should had been more flexible as me and my friend that had another room reserved too was charged the same for early check it. Too bad the area does not have better hotels. As I would had pick a more...

"The complimentary breakfast was nice. You have several options. The staff is friendly and everyone says good morning. I love that there is a gate with a security guard. The property is nice and green. Pools are cleaned daily. It has a real resort feel with "white glove" treatment. I will return again!!!"

"The staff were nice, but the building was a little bit outdated. Only complaint was in the middle of the night. They called us that their transportation was there, but we never booked transportation and it ruined our sleep. Other than that, the hotel was enough if you just wanted to rest."

"Hotel was in an ideal location near the airport and the mall. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little outdated as it was in the older building with older light fixtures that had broken light shades and scratches on the mirrors. It was otherwise a pleasant stay for the one night needed for me and my group as it was a spacious room with three beds which you rarely see in a hotel space."

"We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety. Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star."

"The property was amazing. The down side was when I booked the hotel they did not disclose that the pool was closed due to construction. The room was perfect and the staff was more than helpful"
