A very comfortable stay in spacious, modern and clean rooms. Comfortable bed, good shower and decent wifi. The gem of the stay was the staff, always friendly and helpful even going out of their way to help with a few things I needed to do.

I absolutely loved staying in this hotel! So much so that we were so close to extending another night. The staff were friendly, always ready to help and the room was flawless. Love the bed and pillows! And the little Covid amenity kit that had (face mask, alcohol spray, wipes) They even had slippers ! Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again!

Staff is very helpful and professional. They trruly care about your stay at this fine hotel. This is an excellant hotel. A 4 star hotel that acts like a 5 star. Excellent rooms and modern. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. In minor problem is that sometimes in get to get a little noisy, but not that much.

i liked that the Wifi did not drop out, the cleaners would video tape themselves cleaning the rooms which is good for security purposes. the indoor pool looked very nice. My only concern which is in no way a fault on the Hotels end was that the street locals would try petty theft tactics

The accommodations were satisfactory and quite comfortable. Close to the main road and the entertainment venues. Decent restaurant. No hot water in the shower or sinks though and the internet seemed sketchy but that may be partly my laptop. They will ask for a $2000 peso deposit on check in. Breakfast is extra. Otherwise I would recommend.
