I stayed at this property in Mexico City for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience. Check-in was smooth once we got in — the initial access was a bit tricky because of a code issue, but the hosts were very responsive and resolved it quickly through the in-app messaging system, which was super user-friendly and efficient.
The building itself is modern and very secure. There’s a fun game room and a well-equipped workout space, both great extras. One of the highlights is the rooftop area, which includes a barbecue setup and beautiful views of the city. Unfortunately, during our stay, the rooftop was partially blocked off (possibly due to broken glass), so we couldn’t fully enjoy it — hopefully that gets resolved soon.
The only real cons for me were related to cleanliness and amenities. While the room was generally clean, I did feel that the bathroom and tabletops could have used a bit more attention. Also, the room came with only two coffee pods for the entire three-day stay, and they weren’t restocked daily. A fresh cup of coffee each morning is something I definitely missed.
That said, communication with the property was excellent, and I appreciated how promptly they handled any questions or issues. With just a little more attention to detail, especially in cleanliness and replenishing basics like coffee, this would be a five-star experience.
