Right in the middle of Reforma but near the airport. The space waa great with ample dining area, bathroom, rooms, and laundry. Great for small families and solo travelers. Communication was easy and staff spoke both Spanish and English.

The room was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The street that the hotel is on is pretty busy all throughout the day and night but they leave earplugs in the room if the noise is too loud for you. The only issue we experienced was the temperature of the water in the shower- it would randomly get super cold and it would take a while to warm up again making it uncomfortable to shower. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Clean room. Excellent staff. I would recommend having more toilet paper in the room without having to ask every time you need a new roll. And the windows are so thin that you can hear all the traffic in the streets. Other than that, It was good.

When I checked out of the UL IV Apartments, I accidentally left my wallet in the room. I only realized it two days later and went back to the property. To my surprise and gratitude, the staff had found my wallet and kept it safely for me. The room, property, staff were great. Only thing that I needed to adjust to was the lack of central air conditioning. Also the traffic is a bit loud, but the ear plugs helped.

It is really noisy, the shower was really slippery, the elevator was small and really slow so we took the stairs sometimes because we didnt want to wait. The laundry room was always full so we werent able to use the washer machine. The good side was the location which was greats and we had lots of convenience stores and food options really close.

Super convient location! The folks working were all so friendly and were available for any recommendations or questions. It is near a busy intersection so keep that in mind when booking, you will be able to hear the traffic however the beds are so comfortable you’ll be able to stay asleep!
