Live Aqua is always an amazing option. I have stayed at their Mexico City and San Miguel de Allende properties and both have always exceeded my expectations. Exceptional Service from Start to Finish My stay at the hotel was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of the personnel and staff I encountered was professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay as comfortable as possible. The level of hospitality was truly impressive. Everyone went above and beyond, and I consistently felt that the staff genuinely cared about providing an excellent experience. The attention to detail and responsiveness were exceptional throughout my entire stay. It is rare to experience this level of service at a hotel, and it made a significant difference. Every interaction was pleasant, professional, and personalized. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff and service are truly exceptional, and I look forward to staying here again.

Very friendly and courteous staff with excellently maintained rooms. Very comfortable bed and thorough daily cleaning. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms and hallways are beautiful. There are free refreshments and even free shots of tequila in the hallway in front of the elevator. There is an escalator from the lobby that goes directly to the mall in Arco de Bosques with a variety of upscale dining options.

Great property - staff is friendly and accommodating. I was a VIP check in and they forgot to bring my complimentary bottle of wine. Once I reminded them it was sent to the room. Also look at the bill at check out - they add a room tip for housekeeping that is not mandatory to pay especially if you have already left one in the room.

The hotel is really nice with access to a shopping center several good restaurant and shops without the need to walk In the street. The hotel is clean, service is exceptional the rooms are spacious. If you want to venture to the city ask the concierge, they can arrange a very professional driver in a un marked car . A most in a city so heavy populated as Mexico City . The hotel is pretty secured as well.

STAY AWAY!!!! do not spend a dollar here. even though staff was great as I is mostly the case in Mexico City - we checked in and lets us know the coffee was limited, only one per person! the lights in the rooms are a horror! if your planning to wear make up forget about it! yellow dim lights and the SPA? not for use for guests!! unless you pay another $2000 pesos for 80 and make appointment! The manager is rude and quiet enjoyed how displeased we were. super overpriced!! we stayed there for a wedding- everybody else complained about the same. this hotel made our stay in Mexico bitter!

This hotel is amazing, starting from the special guest services, all staff were fantastic, very friendly, professional, courteous, always going beyond their way to help out with every aspect of our stay. Also, I highly recommend and encourage to get a package at the spa! Their Feel Urban Spa is a must if you stay at this hotel! Carnivore restaurant, delicious and the proximity of Paseo Arcos Bosques is so convenient since you have amazing restaurants and stores right there just steps up the stairs from the hotel. Highly recommended! ❤️
