Room was clean, but on the smaller size. Only downside is that you could hear everything as the walls are very thin, and a lot of noise from other guests around 2-5am. Cleaning staff would come until around 4-7pm. Overall a good stay if you don't mind the noise or late cleaning.
Great location: the property is close enough to el Zócalo and the seemingly hundreds of museums and historical places of interest in el Centro; also great to be able to access the red double-decker buses on Reforma to visit various monuments, neighborhoods full of restaurants and Chapultepec park and attractions.
Staff was attentive and responsive.
The hotel was okay, and some staff did not have the best customer service. The men in the front that helped with luggage and transportation were the friendliest ever and super informative. They were really accommodating and had the best manners ever. The people in the front desk and it was mostly the girls did not look like they really liked to be there and that’s including the staff at the restaurant/buffet. The hotel is very eco friendly which mean they do not sell water bottles and have a water “filtration” system but the water doesn’t taste the best. They also limit you to so many towel and pillows. For example we were a family of four staying in the room and they were only wanting us provide us with two towels and same with the pillows. The girl at the boutique was really nice as well and was very knowledgeable about every single product in the store which helped us a lot with our purchases. Overall the hotel was very clean and close to a lot of things.
It was an amazing experience staying here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the bar was also great. I will definitely stay here if I come back!!!
Room was pretty clean. I got the a room with a wonderful view. I do recommend staying here. Everything is walking distance. I did enjoy my stay. I would book again if I come back to CDMX. I do recommend staying here as well.

The breakfast is excellent, highly recommended.
The rooms are decent — not great, not bad.
The taxi service was bad — very expensive, more than three times what a normal taxi costs in Mexico City, and the hotel didn’t seem to have any desire to control costs or hold the drivers accountable for price-gauging their clients.
The rooms are very small, and unfortunately our room had an extremely strong plumbing odor that became even worse whenever we used the shower. The bathroom also flooded every time we showered, leaving the entire floor covered in water.
The hotel does have a great location, a beautiful lobby, and nice views, which we appreciated.
However, the service was disappointing. We requested a few items to be delivered to our room, but they never arrived. We called again and no one answered. I then stopped by the front desk, where I was told the items would be delivered, but they still never came. We were also refused an additional key card, which was inconvenient for our stay.
Overall, while the location is excellent, the room conditions and lack of follow-through from the staff made our experience disappointing.
Everything was great, the location was the best, the majority of the places I like to visit are walking distance. The only thing I did not like was the sewer smell, it was outside but sometimes you could smell it at the lobby. The elevator takes so long to arrive, even when the hotel have three of them. But other than that, it was great, I will reserve again in my next visit to the majestic CDMX. And I will recommend this hotel to my friends, family and everyone who want to visit CDMX.
This was the 5th time staying here and oh boy they really do not care about their repeat guests. The room was missing some cleaning items that I had to request upon my arrival. The AC was not working properly. Housekeeping staff were nice, however one of the times they did not take out the trash only the restroom one. In addition, I did no receive any benefit from being part of the Expedia Program.
Positive Things: Great Location, the room size is good. Housekeeping and Bellboy staff are nice and kind.
I’m going back in a few weeks, since I already booked the stay a couple of months ago so I hope they get better.
We stayed at the hotel for four nights. The staff was very professional, and well educated, and we felt safe throughout our stay.
When we arrived, we were initially assigned a room on the 12th floor, but due to the altitude we didn’t feel well. We spoke with the front desk, and they kindly moved us to a lower floor.
The room was good and the mattress was very comfortable; however, the cleaning could have been better.
I paid in advance for breakfast, which was buffet-style but this wasn’t expecified when I made the reservation. Unfortunately, I was disappointed considering the price—it could have been much better. The food did not feel fresh. I even tried to cancel the breakfast, but since the reservation was made through Expedia, it doesn’t allowed me to cancel it. They offered me à la carte breakfast for one day, but when I arrived at the breakfast area, the staff had not been informed, and I couldn’t use it. I didn’t pursue the issue further because I wanted to enjoy my trip. I contacted Expedia afterward, but I haven’t heard anything back yet.
Another downside was that the terrace was closed due to renovations, and I was not notified in advance. It remained closed for the entire duration of my stay. The restaurant was also under renovation, so breakfast was served in a temporary salon.
Overall, despite these issues, the staff was genuinely very nice.
