The room we were at did not had air con, and the hotel is close to the general hospital, it can be quite noisy at nights, take this in consideration.

It is a awful place (can't call it a hotel!) 1. You can hear everything from your room either who set in the lobby or even who use bathroom in their own room!! 2. I found bugs multiple times!! 3. No one speaks English (they lie about it, claiming they know English on Expedia) 4. I couldn't stay more than few days although i reserved for 3 weeks. When i asked for cancelation and refund they refused even a partial refund although i had about 14 days left!!

el personal se porto pesimo, el elevador no funciona y mintieron diciendo que si funcionaba. Cuando llegamos nos trataron groseramente. Hay hotels al mismo precio a unos metros. No vayan ahí porfavor. They lied about having a functional elevator, and the personal was rude and disrespectful toward my sister. There are better options a few meters from this hotel. Avoid it at all cost.

This hotel is cheap for its location, but there are a few things you have to consider before booking this place. 1. There's no shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer. Only soap and toilet paper. 2. The windows don't have locks, and it does not shut completely. So cold winds keep flowing in. 3. There's no AC or heater in the room. Since the windows don't provide enough insulation, the room gets quite cold in the evenings. 4. Although Hotels.com says that both English and Spanish is available, they can only speak Spanish. 5. The bathroom sink is really small and there's no light above the showers. 6. Outlets are far away from the bed, and outlet in my room was located far up on the wall. I would recommend if you are on a budget and can stand the cold/heat. The stay would be a lot more pleasant when the weather is nice and warm.

En general es un hotel de descanso para parejas. No lo recomendaría familiar porque toda la noche mis vecinos de ambos cuartos a izquierda y derecha se dieron su amor (que no esta mal) y se escuchaba todo. Además había un bebe en alguna habitación y como se mete todo el ruido tampoco ayudo mucho. Pero cumplió con su cometido, que era descansar un rato, me dejaron pasar hielera y la pasamos "bien". Lo bueno: La ubicación, el precio Lo no tan bueno: No tiene ventilación, se escucha todo lo que hacen en las habitaciones contiguas, como todo Hotel no se permite fumar en las habitaciones pero el de al lado no le importó eso y también se pasó a mi habitación. Atención normal, el de recepción se dedica a lo que debe, cobrar, darte la llave, orientarte si le haces una que otra pregunta, pero no esperes más que eso ni esperes caras sonrientes.

EL hotel es muy viejo y no le dan mantenimiento no hay ventilación en muchas habitaciones, el dueño es grosero mal encarado y además me robaron un un baffle que guarde en bodega no tienen control.
