Everything was excellent EXCEPT the elevator wasn’t working and we got a room on the 4th floor and my mom has a bad back and had trouble getting up the stairs but besides that the staff was amazing and the stay was great

Wonderful, absolutely wonderful. The room is on a side street so traffic noise was fine. The room was very tastefully decored, very clean, modern. Lovely bathroom, divine shower, nice lighting, really a very pleasant place to spend an evening and morning.

It was centrally locate in the Roma district. Walking distanc to many restaurants. You could walk at night with no issues and feel safe. A lot of lical enjoy walking their dogs in late hours.

The location of this place is very nice - close to many nice establishments. The hotel staff was very pleasant and friendly. My only "complaint" about the room is the air conditioning. Since it's a boutique hotel, they had to retrofit the AC, so they installed standalone units in each room. These are OK, but not great and quite noisy at night. But I would definitely stay at this place again.

AC inconsistent. Hot water inconsistent. Elevator broken during our entire stay. Staircase very slippery and steep and we fell on the first day. We stayed 4 nights and climbing from ground to first to fourth floor everyday for senior citizens in our group was definitely not ideal. Will not stay here again.

Súper buen hotel. Tiene muy buena ubicación. La zona se me hizo segura. Tiene bancos alrededor y comercios variados. La atención del personal fue siempre la mejor, cero quejas, se ve que la propiedad está en constante mantenimiento, el unico detalle que podria mencionar es de que el elevador por el momento no está en funcionamiento, pero los chicos del hotel nos ayudaron a subir nuestro equipaje Sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme en este hotel

Lo recomiendo mucho si quieres explorar la CDMX, muy céntrico, con varias amenidades super útiles si vas con familia. Nos quedaban super cerca lugares emblemáticos así como lugares donde podíamos comprar comida. Sin duda es un hotel 3B y el personal increíble, siempre con disposición de ayudar.

Very good location, clean and modern, but not very comfortable. The air conditioner stood in a corner like a robot from an old movie - every time it turned on the lights would flicker and the air would get very cold, then it would shut off and the room would immediately feel hot again. Wifi was non-functional - when I asked at the desk they said it was working there, so I could always go downstairs to use it. They said the wifi router connected to the TV would work too - but I couldn't connect. The room's door lock had an 8 digit code instead of a keycard - the touch screen was finicky, getting in usually took multiple tries.

La maquina del aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y no deja escuchar la tele ni dormir. No tiene ventanas la habitación, no hay ventilacion. Las camas rechinan cada vez que te mueves.
