Good for the price

It is a good hotel. Great price for the area. Clean and friendly staff. The issue I had was the noise from the street is too loud, I had trouble getting some rest. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Location is superb and the price is very fair for the area. We had some weird plumbing issue where to get hot water for the shower, we had to run the sink. However, they are still going through a renovation so that might be why. Otherwise, the staff spoke great English and check in/out was seamless. I would definitely stay here again but opt for a room with ac.

Great location for walking around Condesa and Roma Norte, right on Metro Bus line 1. Nice staff, and all was quite clean. Noisy at night, and shower didn't drain well, so didn't get all five stars.

This hotel was fine, but I'm glad I only stayed there for 1 night. The room was small, and there was construction going on in the hotel so it was very loud from 9am to 6pm. Besides the construction, I was able to hear everything happening in the room next to us (their conversations, toilet flushing, etc.). The plus is that it's in a great neighborhood with many restaurants and bars nearby. There are better hotels in the area for similar price.

The place is priced well. Things there are old and run down. Weird smells from the curtains. There are dead bugs everywhere. My bathroom there was a bunch of them on the floor. The upside is the cleaning people are nice. The front desk staff are nice. I would not be staying here again.

Great location at the edge of lovely peaceful, gorgeous, treelined quiet CONDESA district. This is a clean Great budget friendly price for its location. Ceiling fan is sufficient to keep the room cool at night in October. Bars, cafes, restaurants located around Parque Mexico next to Amsterdam Ave. are all within walking distance from the hotel. If you are a light sleeper, Do prepare to bring earplugs due to busy traffics on the main avenue facing the front of the hotel, or ask for a room far along the quieter street of Calle Popovateletl behind the hotel.
