Shocked to see a gigantic mirror above the bed, and a window straight into the bathroom, the window had a cover with an outline of a naked woman but you could still very easily see the toilet and shower from the bed. However, the room and building were nice compared to ramshackle state most of Mexico City seems to be in. The mattress was extremely firm, so I don't recommend for side sleepers. We went to the hotel restaurant and we liked the food and service there. I never did see a jacuzzi anywhere.
The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I would have rated my stay 5 stars, but the traffic noise outside my window was pretty extreme. If you have an interior room (or are a sound sleeper), you should be fine.

Booking on Expedia does not mean you are booking directly with this hotel. When I got to the hotel, they did not acknowledge the booking and I had to pay whatever was the current rate which was higher than when I booked. I ended up staying at the hotel during my entire stay because it was still the cheapest option and wasn’t too bad. But, I would caution others before booking this place and would not stay again. We were given a room next to a very busy street which kept us up at night. Also, be aware that the staff do not speak English, we mainly used the translator app to communicate with each other. It is only 20 minutes away from the airport by car and metro stations are 10 minute walk away which was convenient.
Close to the airport, it is quiet and really relax
We needed a hotel room close to the airport and this hotel was close by, friendly, really clean, comfortable beds, and located in a friendly neighborhood. I will stay here again.
More or less close to the airport.
It was loud for me.
Expdia booking confirmation said: Total: MX$899.84
But I paid 1000 MX$ because she told me thats the rates.
Next time an other Hotel.
I got to the hotel to find out there was no reservation for me. Apparently this is a Motel, not a Hotel.
I showed them the receipt and i was rold i can not make a reservation with more than 3 days in advance.
So they give you a room for 5 hrs.
I had to leave and look for another hotel.

Disliked: Staff & service
Bad
They did not have my reservation. In fact, they did not want to look for it. Offered me a room but at higher price. Person attending very aggressive. I left and looked for an airbnb.
It is located on a major traffic artery and the noise from trucks and honking cars went all night. the activity from within the hallways went all night, could hear the talking and TV through the walls, and it just happen to be the first game of the World Cup and at 4am the game was on, and they behaved as if they were in a sports bar. A horrible night.

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Bad experience
Room did not have many amenities such as kettle, iron, etc. Had to go down and wait for 20 mins for them to give me hot water. Shower had problems with hot water as the water kept getting cold after a few seconds. Accidentally locked myself in the room, went out for less than 5 mins to get breakfast after informing staffs, when I came back, several items such as my ring as well as JBL portable speaker was missing from my room. Highly suspect that housekeeping stole it as I was using the speaker before i left the hotel to get breakfast. Front desk wasnt of much help either.
