No towels at arrival, after that no hand towl available. Door locked with all belongings inside and hotel could not fix the door until the next day. Had to sleep in another room without my things. Did not offer any compensation for the troubles. Several problems more with the room.

Good location, old building, NO A/C, I need A/C to feel comfortable, room Was warm during the day and at night. I opened the windows and it was noisy and my allergies came up. Breakfast was ok . 👌 didn’t like it at all.

Las instalaciones están viejas y con falta de mantenimiento, estuve 3 días y solo limpiaron y arreglaron la habitación 1 día, lo que salva el hotel es la amabilidad y atención de las recepcionistas Gladys y Estefaní, la cocina es atendida por Karla con mucha amabilidad sin embargo el desayuno incluido solo lo sirvieron 2 días no recomiendo el lugar

Me gusto el hotel, solo le falta un poco en el mantenimiento de infraestructura, pero en limpieza de habitacion muy buena, el desayuno excelente, la atencion del personal de felicutar y en especial al Sr. Victor que fue de mucha ayuda, asesoria y muy atento siempre con una sonrisa y a la disposición. Gracias por todo y no dudaria en volver a ir a este hotel para mis proximos viajes a Ciudad de México

Estuvimos el fin de semana en la propiedad, es fácil acceder y está muy bien ubicada. El proceso de check-in fue sencillo y rápido. Por la noche se puede salir caminando y disfrutar de los restaurantes de los alrededores. El cuarto estaba bastante limpio y ordenado. Nos encantó la atención de Renata y David! Pensamos volver pronto.
