Good location for activities in Interlomas. Room (515) furniture could be improved : a second armchair, larger closet, mirror location. For car drivers lack of signs make first time arrivals dificult.

The hotel is well located if visiting family, not close to tourist spots and not a walkable area. Property in good condition although absolute lack of closet and drawer space a deterrent to make new reservation. Also breakfast is very poor. Price is high for these conditions.

The tv Hadn’t internet … we couldn’t use the smart apps… the pillows are to to soft…the bathroom it’s so small ….and the worst … there are not any indications about the hotel location…..

The breakfast service was very bad. I've been to many Marriotts over the years... this is clearly the worst I've been to. One of the elevators was out of service for almost two days. took 20 minutes of waiting time to get on with suitcases. The valet service was not available when we got there and no instructions provided. Not a good option for future trips. The problem is there are few other options in the area and they know it...

Mi estancia en el City Express Plus by Marriott del 12 al 15 de junio tuvo sus pros y sus contras. Lo más destacable es sin duda su excelente ubicación. Es ideal para quienes buscan comodidad para moverse por la zona. Sin embargo, las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas, algo que ya esperaba siendo "típico de City Express". Lo que sí nos dejó pensando es qué aporta realmente el "Plus" en el nombre, ya que esperábamos habitaciones un poco más grandes y no vimos mejoras significativas que justificaran esa denominación. Un punto importante a mejorar es la atención a los detalles en función del número de huéspedes. A pesar de que se me cobró por cada persona extra, la habitación solo contaba con toallas y jabones para dos personas. Esto resulta incómodo y da la impresión de que no se tuvo en cuenta la ocupación real al preparar la habitación para todos los huéspedes que se estaban pagando. Considerando estos puntos, y que el precio que pagamos resultó ser alto para el beneficio recibido, especialmente sabiendo que en la zona hay muchas otras opciones de hospedaje, definitivamente buscaré otra alternativa en mi próxima visita a la Ciudad de México.

NO HAY SENALAMIENTOS PARA INGRESAR AL HOTEL DESDE LA CALLE, NO HAY SENALAMIENTOS PARA EL ESTACIONAMIENTO, NO HAY SENALAMIENTOS PARA LLEGAR A LA RECEPCION O LOBY. El banio, la regadera esaba desprendida y no se pidia uno banar de manera normal por el angulo de caida del agua, el lavabo se estaba desprendiendo de la pared, en la puerta de la habitacion se filtraba la luz en la noche ya que no tenia cubrepolvo
