Quite neighborhood, staffs are helpful, clean enough facility, full kitchen Had few issues, fixed them right away when I brought up to them. Bed is comfortable, sofa bed is not so much A bit away from main area - but chill & safe Overall great stay.

This was a great place to stay and in a great location. We could see all sorts of great stuff and places to eat just steps from our place. The laundry facilities were great after 2 weeks of travel before we got to Mexico City. You won't be disappointed!

Great property in an excellent location near a lot of restaurants. It has a small gym and laundry room. Apartments are clean and building has 24/7 security who provide outstanding customer service. We had a great stay!

The room was very clean and had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable, and the front door staff were very kind and patient. My only feedback is that there weren't enough of certain supplies in the room (i.e. not enough towels for three guests, only 1 roll of toilet paper, etc.). It would be great if there could be more of these available or it made clear in the listing you need to provide your own.

Room was cute and decent good size for one person bathroom is very very small bathroom could’ve been cleaner. The rest of the unit was clean. Staff was very accommodating and nice. However for 3 1/2 days they did not allow you to get an extra set of towels or more toilet paper One of our rooms. The drain was clogged and the toilet seat wouldn’t lift up all the way so the toilet seat cover kept hitting our backs. In a very good area, would I come back and stay again, most likely not.

The location is good. The street is walkable and near groceries stores, pharmacies, restaurants. The receptionist were helpful. The bed was large and the apartment is quiet spacious with 3 different TVs. However, the fridge is small and I like a big fridge. Also, there needs to be an air conditioning in the living room. For now, the air conditioning is only in the bed room. Other than that, everything else is good and I recommend !

We loved the Location and the beautiful Patio. I have a couple of things that would make the experience even better. 1) Need better lighting in the bathroom. The vanity mirror needs a light so you can better do makeup and hair. The overhead lighting is not that great. 2) The floors were dirty. We had white socks on and the bottom after walking around the living room, bathroom and bedroom were dirty. I did not walk outside with my socks. 3) I would have extra bags for the toilet paper. Since you can't flush the paper we had to put dirty paper in the small trashcan. If we had more bags we could change it out. It also can get smelly. 4) I would also have some basic cleaning supplies. Helps to clean up an accidents or to make the place cleaner for a longer stay. Thank you for everything. We loved the space but just a couple things could help.
