"This property is beautiful, and the staff is amazing. Beds are super comfortable and rooms are spacious. We had a refrigerator with drinks (free of extra charge), filtered water outside the door with a pitcher in your room to refill, and an amazing breakfast every morning. As nice as the property is the cherry on top is the staff. Diego is so caring, attentive and delights in talking to and welcoming the guests every morning. I would come back to CDMX just to stay here again."

"the property is located in a great location and very secure with 24 hour security. gentleman was able to secure me a taxi to the airport at 530 am which was waiting for me when I walked out. my only issue I had was a leaky air conditioner but when I spoke to the gentleman about it it was my last night and it was convenient for both of us to sort it out a check out."
