"The flat is in very good condition and an ideal location. Check-in is easy but it is a flat for short term stays, not a hotel or B&B, the advertising is misleading."

"This is a unique property as it is very central to most of the places we wanted to go see. Property is good, clean and desirable location. I was disappointed to find out that the only A/C area were the bedrooms as opposed to the whole apartment. "

"Quartier un peu déroutant au départ car situé près de Barbes donc avec une population étrangère importante !Sinon hotel propre et bien situé car proche Metro ligne 12.Calme car au fond d'une cour retiré de la rue.Petit dejeuner copieux et varié servi par une personne très agréable et aimable.Je recommande cet hébergement.Par contre la façade de l'Hotel ne laisse pas penser que c'est bien un hotel."

"Great place! Charming small B and B style with nice rooms. Bathroom was huge - had both a whirlpool tub and separate shower. Very friendly, English speaking staff. Quiet location with 10 min walk to RER station. Easy access to grocery store and a few cafes/bars. "
