"Beautiful, clean and luxurious room. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We did have difficulty with locating a garage parking spot but the employee Jonas came to our rescue. He helped locate a spot and assisted in carrying our bags to our room. Thank you! The breakfast was delicious, especially the fruit smoothie."

"The airport shuttle was convenient. The location of the hotel was great, right next to two shopping plaza. It’s also a short walk away from Skytrain station and very easy to get to airport or waterfront cruise terminals. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Unfortunately, the hotel was being renovated. Considering that, they did a great job. No one was answering the phone when we called for the airport shuttle, but we were still able to pick it up."

"We had a flight change which meant a very late arrival into Vancouver which prevented us from picking up our rental car. I was pleased to find a room available at the Holiday Inn. The shuttle from the airport was great and the driver was very friendly, kind, and professional. Our breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. Very clean rooms, thank you to the housekeeping staff! "
