"The beds were terrible. They should have been replaced years ago. There was a 6 inch dip in the mattress where bodies have broken it down over time. The elevator was just scary. It had broken pieces, janky repairs and sounded like it was ready to die any moment. I went for a swim after work and got stuck in the pool area because the safety lock was malfunctioning and locked me in. I was finally able to flag down another guest and have the get the desk employee. I was just recovering from a knee injury so Terri climb the fence or use the stairs was not an option on this trip. I would NOT recommend this hotel. "

"There was one working elevator however guest kept trying to overfill it causing it to not work a couple times during the stay. The bathroom in my room wasn't cleaned properly. I received text messages around children of other guest misbehaving that were offensive as i was the only african American there at that time. "

"This was a nice facility with a friendly and professional staff. The location is convenient. Their "putting green" needs some new turf. It would be nice for a darker room for late arrivals and sleep ins, to catch up your rest. The breakfast was very good. thanks."

"This location does not clean your room daily and does not provide you with "door card" to let them know you don't want your room cleaned. They expect the customer to provide them notification A DAY BEFORE, before 9:00pm or else your room gets NO service. I did not expect this from a hotel charging $200 per night!"

"Dirty, smoky, cockroaches, terrible noisy bed, very low water pressure in very small shower, A/C thermostat broken, open cracks in ceiling, worn out flooring, and charged me a higher price than what I reserved the room for!! "
