"The facility is clean, and this should be the norm in all hotels, but the staff are the real stars of the operation. They went out of their way to make sure my son, who was traveling alone, was picked up, and they guided him on local transportation and anything else he needed help with. Super kind! Definitely recommend!"

Booked it since it was a Wyndham without reading any reviews, but quickly panicked after seeing many negative reviews. Personally, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of great. "Loved the stay! Older hotel for sure but had loads of charm. Staff including Ricardo made sure we had all we needed and actually opened the spa for us to use on a couple occasions. Would stay again. Breakfast was great and all day coffee was welcomed in the afternoons."

"We booked 7 nights but we had to leave after a night stay. The day we arrived to the hotel at night but there is no one in the front desk so we had to wait over 40 minutes wondering what went wrong! Imagine how anyone will feel about this! The room is not clean and no towels in the room so we had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels. The towels are so old and had the bleach a over the towels and the towel mats! No hocks in the bathroom for towels either. Absolutely not recommend...

"I booked this hotel for a one night stay for my elderly dad and the flight from Atlanta always gets in at 9am and check in is usually until 3pm but I am so grateful they gave him his room right away and he did not have to wait and could catch up on his sleep before continuing his travels the next day!
