Best boutique hotel in Merida

Location can’t be beat, it has everything you’d want, thoughtful decor, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. 10/10 would stay here again!

The location was great and close to resturants and very good dining. The staff were always ready to help with a smile. All the staff were friendly and available to assist us and guide us. I would certainly recommend this place and return in the future.

This place is in the middle of everything! The staff was helpful, there is a bit id noise from the outside but it’s not terrible. The room was cleaned daily the showers were hot and the air conditioning was perfect .. we have no complaints and will be back

Location is perfect, you can walk to the main avenue Montejo, downtown is a few blocks away, the main park where folklor dances take place is a couple of blocks away. Staff is helpful and kind, very clean room, great breakfast options, ac works great! We are going back to this hotel. We recommend it!

There's no gold member benefit or anything from expedia perks but this is a great room for the price. There's no window or view but for Mexico, it's really clean and everything touristy are walkable distance from the property. Amazing coffee places right across from the hotel. Would definitely stay again if I go back to Merida

The room and hotel is very nicely appointed, I reserved a basic room and be aware that the room has no windows. Doesn’t bother me, it’s quiet and dark. The water pressure is awful.

The toilet wasn’t working properly I did reported it to the front desk but no one never fixed it. The front desk said that it was breakfast at the lobby and we never saw nothing, the pool was always empty regarding services. Great location tough

This hotel has a fantastic location. Restaurants abound, La Plancha Park is at the end of the Gastronomic Street, Paseo Montejo is a block away with mansions, museums, restaurants, shop, and pedestrian Sundays. The staff is bilingual and couldn’t be nicer. The pool area is an oasis. I especially enjoyed it at sunset.

Top boutique hotel to stay at in the heart of Mid.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooftop pool is a dream. Rooms are pristine with exceptionally comfortable beds and linens. Bathrooms are spacious and spa like with natural stone and wood detail throughout. The detail of this hotel is pretty spectacular and as special as can get for a boutique hotel that doesn’t have included breakfast. But there are so many incredible options nearby it makes no different. The location was perfection in relation to wanting to spend my time in the restaurant district of the city, Calle 47, and Paseo Montejo with ease. Along with being in walking distance to things including late night food and bars on the weekend. I have no complaints about this hotel. It was very quiet and a dream to stay at. The only thing I will say is to keep in mind when booking multiple rooms as the suite part of the hotel is separate and when booking they try to keep guests separate as well and so sometimes we had to explain a few times that we wanted to be together as certain parts of the hotel are blocked off to non suite or vip booked rooms. They accommodated as best as possible with a small staff and aside from that you won’t regret staying here.

The experience was terrible when I got to the hotel they gave me a room with no window very dark. I suffer from depression so I decided to go talk to the lady at the front desk. I think she’s the manager and she said there was nothing she can do she could give me another room, but I would have to pay $1000 extra so I had no choice but to pay it because if I would’ve left, I would’ve lost all my money and this trip with Expedia cost me $4000 so I’m not impressed with Expedia either they should specify things like that in their website and they don’t so would I go back there no
