Staying here in Mérida felt like stepping into a dream. The hotel is absolutely stunning — every detail was beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. From the atmosphere to the design, it made the entire experience feel magical. What made the stay even more special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel truly taken care of. If you’re looking for a beautiful escape in Mérida with amazing service, I can’t recommend this place enough. I already can’t wait to come back.

Our experience at Hotel Cigno was simply exceptional. From the very first moment, every detail was handled with a level of warmth and care that truly sets this place apart. We would especially like to thank Bere, Jordi, Israel, Aaron, Moisés, as well as the impeccable teams in housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and the person who welcomed us so kindly upon our arrival. Hotel Cigno is not just a beautiful place—it is an experience. A space where hospitality feels genuine, where every gesture reflects dedication, and where you can truly disconnect and enjoy. We felt genuinely pampered—like being at home, but even better. We leave deeply grateful… and already looking forward to returning very soon.

Recomiendo ampliamente que se hospeden en el Hotel CIGNO Mejorada. Desde nuestra llegada, todo el personal nos recibió con una gran amabilidad y calidez. El servicio fue excelente en todo momento; siempre estuvieron atentos a nuestras necesidades y no hicieron sentir muy bien atendidos. Se nota el cuidado que ponen en brindar una atención personalizada, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. Ademas, el hotel es hermoso, con instalaciones muy cuidadas y un ambiente encantador. Sin duda volveríamos.
