I booked a room with two double beds through my Expedia app. The property gave me a room with one (single) bed and a couch that was so filthy and full of brown stains my dog would not sleep on it. "Hotel was supposed to be an Extended Stay hotel yet there were NO dishes, glassware, utensils in the room. There wasn't even a hair dryer, which the Expedia site specificaly listed."

Two bathroom fixtures did not work, maintenance staff person came, took one look at fixtures, said they would not be fixed due to pending renovations. No mention in web site or on property that mentioned any renovations. Upon initial arrival, front desk staff person appeared somewhat like she was being disturbed by our arrival, but on last day at check out seemed a little more friendly. People have good days...
