"The communication with staff has no issue. However, needs to improve on the cleanliness. I had to ask them to clean the floor and changed bed linen on the first day. The location was excellent but not cleanliness. Overall, it’s ok."

"Breakfast was very good. Had some surprisingly good scrambled. Eggs. Can’t eat fried foods so that did limit my choices. However they had oatmeal with many choices of add ins, including a wonderful peach compote freshly made by the chief. They had many other choices including assorted fresh fruit and yogurt. They change the menus each day. The little cafe off the lobby has a nice selection of coffees and beverages, light meals and snacks. The room seems to be more spacious than a regular...

"The staff were very friendly and even helped to set me up with a Marriott account so I could use the WiFi without issues. The hours for the attached Starbucks were very convenient as well as the tunnel to the convention center. It became invaluable as the weather was rainy/stormy during my stay."

There was hair on the floor and the black tile didn’t help with the flecks of dirt. The rest of the room was good, but it was very dark especially the living room. "The staff are so so nice and helpfu.l.They each went above and beyond. They were also so friendly. The hotel is in a great location. So many restaurants and bars in walking distance. The pool was closed when we were there and each day we asked if the firepit could be put on and no one could do it which was a big bummer. We were hoping to enjoy wine out on the patio area (which is really cute!). Overall we were very happy with our stay and the hotel for the price."
