"WOW! They have converted several old 3 story, high ceilinged buildings near the waterfront. The room design, decor and layout are amazing. We were looking for a room with a tub and they upgraded us. Incredible, especially for the price. Super quiet and a perfect location. We walked everywhere. Will definitely stay here every time we are in Paducah! Shout out to Michelle at the front desk she is great!!"

"Some deferred maintenance in the property. Shower water faucet is plumbed opposite in room 402. Hot is cold, cold is hot. Shower head is very loose, some mold in the shower. No coffee cups in the room for the coffee maker. Otherwise, property was nice, staff was friendly, breakfast was okay."
