"Wonderful location! Close to the river, old town, great restaurants and the Guggenheim Museum. All short, interesting, lovely, enjoyable walks.
There was a nice park across the street and the university students were partying all night long! So bring earplugs. Overall a comfortable place and good choice for a stay in Bilbao."

"It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc).
Nobody showed up the next day. So our complaint was not resolved.
