Lovely studio for short stay

Lovely studio apartment - more than enough room for a 2 night stay, and the layout and design is really modern yet feels welcoming. Lots of lovely little touches, amenities and storage. I arrived early and enquired about early check in, which they were very accommodating of. Bed was incredibly comfortable and our room overlooked the courtyard so was mostly quite quiet. Will definitely check out other locations!

Very spacious. Enjoyed the large windows and balcony. Comfortable beds and a great shower. Communication from management was excellent. Logroño is a beautiful, fun city for walking, shopping and dining. The location of the apartment made everything accessible.

It felt like i was in my own little apartment living in the heart of the city. Very nicely thought out with everything you need in the kitchen, even my own cleaning kit with a new kitchen towel and laundry detergent.

Amazing location on busy street full of bars

Great place, super clean and overall comfortable (could have used more pillows). There are forms to fill out online proper to arrival for access to hotel and room. We didn’t know this so we’re surprised to not find a hotel representative anywhere when we arrived confused. Maria was fabulous when I found a number to call. It would be great if a hotel representative was on ground floor, or there was a way to ring them from outside. Would stay again!

Had a unique experience of leaving my backpack full of valuables in a taxi that took us from the Bilbao bus station to our apartment were our kind host, Valerie was waiting for us at the door of our apartment to greet us with a key. About 10 minutes after she left, I discovered my backpack was missing. In a panick, we called Valerie and she was ready wiling to help as the only one who was able to get through with her knowing the ropes of the taxi system and the of course Basque language. Within minutes, thanks to Valerie, our faithful and honest driver showed up at the door with my pack and all was well. These are good, capable people who take great pride in their integrity as well they should. After that the very much enjoyed our stay in the nicely equipped apartment listening to music and cooking meals and getting good rest in the comfortable bed. Highly recommended. We hope to return ASAP!

Nice hotel in the centre of Bilbao. The short comings of self service hotels without reception were materialised, when we waited delayed luggage. Where and how to deliver them, when delivery staff did not speak English? The pull out bed of the room was strange and not for clumsy people.

The place looks amazing on pictures , looks new and stylish but not comfortable as every hotel should be , there was this hidden bed under a step , could be actually a kids room . Not an ideal design for a hotel room with the concept of a RESTING place

Libere - Delivered on every level

Due a misunderstanding with booking process we had a fraught time gainjng access to the apartment that caused as extreme stress but once in we were bowled over by the studio apartment. Just brilliant on all levels. Cant recommend this apartment highly enough.

Could have been awesome ... So much potential ...

I wanted to like this place. So many good aspects but they just were not quite on track, plus they missed some basics. No peephole in the door? Bad because although the front building door has a cypher lock, you can come straight in the back door with no security and access the stairs, or just use the elevator (located outside in the courtyard area?) Not clean. Had hair in my toilet and on the shower wall. Dirty towel hanging on a hook. Garbage and recycling needed to be emptied prior to my arrival. Washing machine required me to YouTube operational videos. Volume on TV remote inoperable, and btw no international or world business news channels despite satellite - come on, just give a traveler something to watch to stay connected. Worst was the lack of communication. No response to any of my contacts. Again, the place is new and modern, but it is obviously part of a bigger company and everything is handled remotely, which they bungled. AND no dryer but a washing machine - in a rainy and humid area? Drying rack worthless. Really lame that they hit you with unexpected terms and conditions only after you sign in the dotted line for a nonrefundable room, and that you need to download their app for full usage. Hotel was very keen on gaining up charges for items with little to no value - not even a worthwhile breakfast partnership with a solid option for a meal. And no coffee maker. Too hyped on making money, not enough value, despite having the potential to be great.
