"Really helpful staff, offered welcome drinks on arrival - sadly we were too busy to drink in the hotel or use the gym (which I'd planned too), but was a lovely hotel, very clean and a welcome gift in our room. Excellent terrace with a great view of the town. Would recommend."

"Hotel was very nice and staff were friendly. Beds were quite comfortable and the design of the hotel was nice. The blackout blinds were helpful! Easy enough to get a bus into San Sebastián. Breakfast was tasty. Cleaners in our room did a great job. A few things would have made it better/really good- we had a young baby and they could have offered to help us with washing bottles etc. They cleared breakfast away either before, or exactly at the time they said it would finish (normally you get a bit of leeway in other hotels if you turn up 5-10 mins before the end!). The sink in our room was also not securely attached to the wall and they provided tea bags but no kettle. In summary- generally good but I would have hoped for a little bit more given the cost of the room. "

"Breakfast fine but ran put of semi skimmed milk and English breakfast teabags which didn't seem to be replaced. Also some milk portions in the room would be very much appreciated "

"Love these hotels. Modern Bright Cheery. Super professional staff. A feeling of community not a hotel. People of all ages mixing together. Love the rooms. Could not even tell there was a busy street and a highway of sorts right outside our window. Never heard a sound. Food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and very good. This is the second city Zi have stayed at a The Social Hub and both have been great "

"Perfectly located with the hotel’s elevator which takes you down through the rock to the city centre. Room and facilities all top standard. We chose against breakfast purely because there are so many options nearby. Amazing spa cost €20 pp but well worth it as we pretty much had the sauna and pool to ourselves for an hour. Would recommend. "

Located in the peaceful Igueldo countryside, you feel completely removed from the world, yet you are only a short drive from San Sebastián. Waking up to uninterrupted views over the Bay of Biscay, with nothing but birds and distant cowbells, is something we will never forget. The design is exceptional, with a beautiful modern and minimal style that blends seamlessly into the landscape. Every detail feels intentional, from the materials and lighting to the layout of the spaces. Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with a huge bed, luxurious bathroom, and breathtaking views. Breakfast was the best we have ever had, with high-quality local ingredients and excellent made-to-order dishes. The spa was also a highlight, offering a calm and relaxing space with incredible views. Service was warm, professional, and attentive throughout. A special thank you to Mikel for helping coordinate such an important moment for us. If I had one small note, it would be that cocktail options were slightly limited compared to the rest of the experience. Overall, this is a truly special hotel and perfect for a memorable stay or special occasion."
