"The beds were hard, the A/C. Broke down in middle of night. Handicap room and would not change. The bathroom had an odor. The TV worked some of the time. Will never stay there again. The staff kept saying there was nothing they could do."

"They have the very worst breakf that I have ever had in a hotel. Food is not kept hot. Coffee runs out and they don't notice until you tell them and it is not hot. They label the eggs as cage free. But they are powdered eggs. Items run out and they don't notice. The toaster is totally inadequate ..."

"The only Hilton that doesnt not offer conditioner. Even budget friendly hotels have it. The breakfast was subpar to say it nicely. Cream cheese galore and no bagels. No muffins or pasteries.
