"This hotel is so amazing! It was clean, classy, and chic. Ebony was soooo nice and helped us feel comfortable after we left a ghetto hotel in the middle of the night and came to them. She felt like a new best friend! I wish I had her number just so I could keep in touch. She is personable, friendly, and treats everyone as if they’re her friend already. Dedrick or maybe it was spelled Deadrick? was also very helpful. He made sure I felt safe after leaving that other hotel. The staff over all is very helpful and friendly. If I visit again I hope I can stay at this hotel! "

"Southern hospitality is alive and well in Memphis! Very friendly staff. Our room was well cleaned. The complimentary soap smelled really nice. We accidentally turned the thermostat down too much on the fridge. Lol. Breakfast was better than expected: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, granola bars, cereal, coffee and juice. So much value for the price. I would definitely stay here again. "

We would never stay here again, very run down even for a budget hotel trash every where outside and dog feaces, middle doors broken inaccessible, elevators broken, the the room door would electrical shock us when we touched the handle, we even had a man with no idea w let himself into our room and when I blocked him he said he was here to check the water. No breakfast at 8am when we went down and no access to the pool or facilities as advertised. Overall very disappointed "

"The water was not hot. There was really only one trash can, and there was no remotes to the cable box. Seen roach in the kitchen. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The towels were dirty looking."
