"I tried to get a refund from hotel because it reeked of weed smell but they said I could not get refund so I had to deal with the crap. The 2nd member of my party got sick over the smell. Hotels.com should be ashamed of that property."

"The hotel was stylish and clean. The rooms were updated and very comfortable. We were initially concerned when we discovered our room was right next to the ice machine but it didn’t bother us at all. The only negative was that we had an accessible room and the shower flooded the entire bathroom regardless of where we positioned the shower head. Maybe more towels for those rooms. Staff at the bar/ restaurant was very friendly and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay."
