"The room was amazing and for me to say that is very not me but the comfort and cleanliness was amazing the staff at the front was so nice and welcoming Breakfast was ok wish there was more to choose from but it was enough to get through an early rush "

"The room smelled so bad, I had to go out and by lysol spray, dryer sheets for the vents, I had to spray the beds because the sheet smelled like smoke. Unfortunately, I couldn't get another room or go to another hotel due to the price. Just the worst."

"The hotel seemed clean, but looked older and worn. We had wallpaper pealing off the walls in our room. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The staff was very helpful, which we really appreciated."

"Upon our arrival, the sliding lobby doors were open. The second one was stuck at 2/3 open and didn't leave much room to pass through with baggage. The staff was very courteous, helpful and professional. We booked 2 rooms. The first room with 2 queen beds was mostly clean but both the carpet and the tile floors could have had a bit more attention. Hair and bits of trash in the corners. The second room, again with the attention to the floors. The door must have been kicked in at one time. The stationary part of the safty latch was falling off and the door stop had been crushed into the drywall. The semi-firm beds were nice. The pillows looked fluffy but flattened out to almost nothing. AC/heater was quite and worked well. The room seem humid even when cooled. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment. NO TOWELS! We didn't realize this until the next morning. I called the front desk and tried to get some but was told that housekeeping just clocked in and it would be a couple of hours to get 2 towels. The shower was hot and plenty of pressure! So much so that the shower head sprayed water out of the back of it all over the painted drywall above the shower wall. I could tell it has been going that for a while because I touch the drywall and it was totally saturated and squishy soft. That is going to be a health risk when black mold starts to grow, if it hasn't already. The washcloth I started to use had hair in the fibers of it. I had to use a hand towel instead. Disappointing."

"First of all, this hotel is in a great area for amenities and it is easy to get around. The hotel itself was fine; the breakfast was fine but go next door to Dunkin for coffee, the rooms were fine, the staff were great. It was acceptable for a two night stay and trying to keep costs reasonable."

"The room was clean but tired. Then are in the midst of reconstruction so I am sure that when I go next year all the rooms will be finished. "
