"Hotel is nice and clean/modern and the location is convenient. Valet, check-in staff, and breakfast staff were all very courteous. Rooms are spacious and I got an unsolicited upgrade to a larger room, which was nice, Room amenities could be nicer, especially the bathroom amenities. "

Large room with king bed (very comfortable), sofa, and small fridge and microwave. Large, clean bathroom. Clean dining area and good hot breakfast. Would stay here again."

"Non smoking room clearly had been smoked in. Water was quite brown for some time when we first turned water on. Smoke detector has been removed from the room. Deadbolt on the door did not work. Safety lock (either a chain or a locking bar) had been removed from the door. There were no towels in the room when we arrived. There was no coffee in the room when we arrived. "

Renovations were being done to the building our room was in, so there were a few issues: no working ice machine, little things missing like the hook on bathroom door, room had an industrial smell when we first checked in (we bought an air freshener to get rid of it), the ceiling over the bathtub started leaking the second night, the grout hadn't been wiped off between the bathtub wall tile. "

"Nice place, recently renovated, rooms were in good condition. Staff were mixed between good and bad. Whoever manages this place likely needs to spend more time with the staff. Front desk specifically. Elevators were terrible. At one point both were out, used the stairs, not a big deal, but annoying they know it’s a problem and just live with it. The staff mentioned it’s been like that for a while. Giving a decent rating as the rooms are what mattered to me for staying one night, but not sure I’d want to be there much longer. "

"The staff was friendly, and the full kitchen was nice, and it was in a convenient location, but that was it. The ENTIRE property smelled heavily of weed and they put an air freshener in the room, but it didnt help much. We tried to turn the AC on hoping it would help and it made it worst as it was very musty. The cabinet in our kitchen area was broken, the toilet seat was broken. There were some very questionable stains on the curtains. It did not feel worth the price we paid at all. It was also right next to the main freeway which caused it to be a bit loud (but we new this when we booked)"
