"Good; clean room, hot shower, cold ac, free ice, vending machines, VERY well maintained breakfast facility, helpful staff, good parking. Bad; pool not clean. Multiple family were disappointed. Some tried to clean the pool. I stayed there on my way up to NYC and booked again for the trip down because of the breakfast. Waffle maker was a big hit for us. Good variety of choices."

We asked if a refund was possible and explained the roaches situation and he looked at us confused and said he can't give a refund due to booking the hotel on Expedia"

"We had a terrible night. First, the air conditioning didn't work. We asked for help, but the staff member told us that was just how it was and that there were no other rooms available. She then brought out two dirty fans that looked like they belonged in the Paleolithic era. We told her we wanted a refund, and—as if by magic—a room suddenly became available. "Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place"

"It’s poorly maintained. The photos are not exactly what you get (we missed a table). Cleaning supplies smell is everywhere. The sheet had strains. Breakfast was said to be just a muffin, coffee and juice before 9am (I decided to skip). Really find a better place"

"Hotel is old and beat. We thought having Hilton associates with it meant it was elevated. Worn carpet very basic bathroom. A step above Ramada Inn. Would not return, unless major renovations are done."

"They are pretty much the only place in the area was an outdoor swimming pool for less than $100 a night. That being said, we overlooked the rude staff, and the fact that the rooms were only half-heartedly cleaned, and the criminal casing of rooms that the personnel were obviously a part of.... But a total infestation of cockroaches was the last straw. Pool or not, we will never stay there again!"

"They let us have our goldendoodle, they were quick to accompany us when we asked for a ground floor room. Very nice safe area to walk our dog at night."

"Property is becoming run down, and not cleaned or maintained well. I stayed in two different rooms over eight days, and visited friends in other rooms. In the first room there was mold in the refrigerator and around the shower. In the second room the shower curtain was mildewed, there was mold around the shower base, and a cockroach on my fourth day.
