"Cuando hice la reserva aparecia que estaba incluido el desayuno, al llegar me dijero que debia pagar $20.00 por desayuno, y quien me informó fue el personal atento de la cefeteria no recibí buena atencion por parte del personal del Hotel, desde que llegue hasta que salí, de igual forma el Hotel dice que que hablan 3 idiomas Ingles, español y frances, cuando pedi ayuda en español nunca recibi una respuesta y quienes me guiaron fueron las personas amables de la cafeteria, me lleve una pesima experiencia habia estado en otros hoteles Holiday Inn en EEUU y nunca me habian atendido tan pesimo"

I was told the machine belonged to 3rd party ! The staff cannot refund me. Well, at least, they need to put the sign "Mal function" because we don't know!"
